Digital product refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed, downloaded, or received the product or license. We do not offer refunds after access has been granted.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request. There is no guarantee of a refund; each request is evaluated individually.
Access issues & refund requests
For access problems (e.g., you cannot download or log into the portal) or to submit a refund request before accessing, email support@medinnov.space with your purchase email and a short description. We will help resolve access issues as quickly as possible. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and only if you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with us may result in immediate revocation of access to the portal and downloads. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@medinnov.space before disputing a charge.
